A 6x4-mm oval blue topaz centers the ring, flanked by two more 5x3-mm stones (1.1 total gem weight). A round diamond accents each side of the topazes (0.02 total carat weight, I color, I clarity). All the gems are set in a carved 14-karat white gold band.
